We have compiled a list of some of our customer's most frequently asked questions to help you better understand our gift card program:

1. I have an existing gift card program with another gift card processing provider. Will I be able to transfer that over?

You’ll need to cancel the service with your current provider and sign a new agreement with us. Your old gift cards will not be able work on the terminal we provide unless your existing cards have a 16-digit card number. If so, you may send some in for us to test to see if we can convert your card to our program.

2. What is the difference between a gift card and a stored value card?

With the gift card, the customer is buying a convenient, flexible gift-giving solution that allows the receiver to choose their gift. With the stored value card, the purchaser is buying the card for their own use — either for convenience for frequent purchases, or because of an "extra value" incentive, or both.

3. What terminals are compatible with this gift card program and how much are they?

PAX S80 and PAX S90. PAX S80 runs through IP while PAX S90 is wireless. For prices, please consult with our agents.

4. What is the warranty for the terminals?

The warranty is valid for 12 months after purchase date. It covers original parts only and the merchant must keep the warranty card that is provided in the terminal packaging. The warranty will be voided if the product is damaged due to natural disaster, fire, unauthorized alteration or improper usage.

5. How does a merchant sign up?

The merchant will have to read the agreement and fill out the set up form and submit it to our agent.

6. How are the fees paid?

The merchant will have to fill out the billing info on the set up form and submit a void check. We will provide a monthly statement in the first week of every month with the charges incurred by the merchant such as monthly fee, transaction fee, set up fee (applies in the first statement), and virtual terminal fee if applicable. The fees will be collected from the merchant via ACH transfer. For other fees such as orders for cards, terminals, card carriers, card display rack, and other gift card accessories, they will be collected via ACH transfer or with a check at the time of the order. The orders will not be processed until we receive the payment.

7. When should cards be reordered?

Card production will normally take 2 weeks and 1 week for shipping. To make sure you get your cards before they run out, it’s best merchants reorder their card 4 weeks before they run out.

8. What type of reporting will the merchant have access to?

Aside from the monthly report that we will e-mail the merchant, the merchant will be given an account and password for them to log in to view their customers’ activities online and in real time.

9. Are the cards reloadable?

Yes. Gift Cards may be reloaded as many times as you wish. Often an incentive is offered to encourage customers to reload their cards. For example, a merchant might offer to give a customer $50 worth of value for a $45 reload; or, a free product or service with every reload. The “add-value” feature provides many marketing opportunities to enhance customers’ excitement, increase purchase frequency, and build brand awareness.

Yes we do, for a fee that our agents will provide. In our promotional offer we offer 50 free high quality designed card holders to get the merchants started.
